Han ber\u00e4ttade om vikten av motion och vardagsr\u00f6relse f\u00f6r att m\u00e5 b\u00e4ttre, vara piggare och kunna l\u00e4ra sig b\u00e4ttre. Vi fick ocks\u00e5 h\u00f6ra om hj\u00e4rnforskning av den goda s\u00f6mnens betydelse och att det inte \u00e4r s\u00e5 smart att ha smarttelefonen med sig vid l\u00e4ggdags.
